Unique villa, a work of art on the Ligurian cliff of Levante, surrounded by greenery, in absolute tranquillity, with a breathtaking 180° view into the infinite blue of the sea and the sky.
One of the few examples of rationalist architecture which have remained intact, the villa has recently been brought back to its original architectural value. The villa was built in 1938 by the Italian architect Luigi Carlo Daneri, scholar first of Le Corbusier and later associate to his Studio.

Numerous articles about this jewel have been published in renowned architecture magazines (Casabella, Domus, Abitare,..) and inounded by a large park with century old parasol pines, cypresses, holm oaks, heather, camellias and Mediterranean vegetation, with private access to the sea, the villa is arranged in various spaces such as landings, high ceiling stateroom, living room with fireplace and dining room reserved for daily life: the rooms have maintained their original design and part of the furniture such as the typical closets of that period of time one of which is half closet half small bathroom consisting of just a washbasin and a mirror, bathrooms, service areas, external loggias overlooking the park and the sea.

The property is enriched with works of art (Pomodoro, Giacometti, Alik Cavaliere, the "Crisalide" by Mario Negri,...), antique statues, designer furniture (Le Corbusier) and drawings.
Only finest materials have been used and the fittings are exquisite (green marble, Murano chandeliers, parquet floors, crystal dining table with table base in marble, parchment covered doors, rare yellow marble slabs from Siena, slate, white marble, black marble from Sweden).

A small rural building, built against an ancient stone wall and situated in the park, has been gently renovated.
In this guest mansion the large windows have been preserved to recall its past as conservatory.
Inside this small hidden and almost invisible house/conservatory, an old eucalyptus tree is kept in a protective glass case.
Last but not least, a large swimming pool in the park completes this unique property.
