The complex of seven buildings is located at the top of the mountain (900 m. over sea level) in protected area of Beskydy/Javorniky. There is easy access to ski lifts (Ski resort) and offers great views to Slovak and Czech site. All buildings are situated south direction.
Total plot area is 4552m2.
5 buildings are accomodation type buildings with 16 double bed rooms and two fully equipped appartment houses. Total capacity is 44 beds.
Bottom object is a bistro with fully equipped kitchen and sitting place for 100 people. In this object there is place for conferences and venues on the top flor and storage place in basement.
Seventh building is in contruction phase and its projected as wellness area.
All buildings have own gas, electricity, water consumtion meter and therefor able to resell as single buildings.
