The property is located in a very sunny position on a hill between Trevi and Spoleto, with breathtaking views of the valley below and the surrounding hills. The town of Spoleto, with its tourist and cultural attractions, is only a few minutes' drive away by the fast dual carriageway, and there are also good connections with Trevi, famous for its olive oil and as a location frequented by artists and celebrities from the world of entertainment.
The nearby dual carriageway ensures quick and easy access to all the most important locations in Umbria. Alternatively, there are fine, quiet country roads, from which you can admire the wonderful natural landscapes of this region.
Description and features
The villa / mansion house is made entirely of exposed stone and is located in a secluded olive grove. It has a garden of more than 3,000 square metres and 155 olive trees. There is a fantastic view from every part of the garden, and from inside the house itself.
This was originally a country farmhouse, and it has recently been carefully restructured with the finest materials and great attention to detail. The house is currently divided into two interconnected apartments. The smaller of these has a lounge with fireplace, a small kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and pantry.
