Loutraki is built at the foot of the mountain Gerania, surrounded by a wonderful beach 2km wide. The magnificent Mediterranean climate, the air from the mountain, the lack of humidity, the beaches with the four blue European flags are ideal for the traveler’s relaxation.

Our vacation apartments are located at the best and most central spot of Loutraki, in front of the seaside park, 50m from the beach, beside the new thermal spa and very near to the central square and central market. Inside the park there is a playground and a source of thermal water. This area of Loutraki is ideal for walks inside the park and along the beach. Into walking distance there are the waterfalls where you can take pictures and enjoy your coffee in the sea front.

This apartment consists of two rooms plus kitchen, bathroom and terrace and it is equipped with kitchen, refrigerator and kitchenware so as to be able to prepare meals and eat within the apartment.

It is well maintained and is offered very clean. We ask from our guests to deliver it in the same condition.

We offer very competitive prices, lower than the hotels of the region.

- The apartment can host 4 guests.

- Deposit of 35% of the rent (1/3 of the rent) is required for booking.

-Payment of the rest of the rent is required with the apartment’s keys delivery.

-Cleaning of the apartment is not provided.

- A 20% discount is offered for one month or more booking.

- On leaving, the guests are required to pay for the electricity consumption according to the indications of the meter compartment. (typical charge of 0,12 euro/KWh)
