Arizona Best Real Estate is a seasoned full-service, woman-owned residential real estate brokerage that has served the Phoenix Metropolitan area for 21 continuous years. Charmayne MacIntyre is the President and owner and is actively involved in the day-to-day operations. She holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois, the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, Lifetime Multi-million Dollar Club award from the Scottsdale Association of Realtors and President’s Roundtable award from the Phoenix Association of Realtors.
In December of 1986, David W. MacIntyre assumed control of the listings and accounts to become the Designated Broker. Mr. MacIntyre has devoted his entire professional career to the Real Estate Industry and brings his successful real estate experience to the firm. He has been directly involved with well over ten thousand residential sales exceeding one billion dollars. Mr. MacIntyre holds a degree in Marketing Real Estate from Arizona State University and was the former Director of Education for the Arizona State Real Estate Department where he gave the state exams and set up the continuous education program and pioneered the use of a statewide purchase contract. All programs are in active use today. Mr. MacIntyre holds the GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and CRB (Certified Residential Broker), brokerage management designations from the National Association of Realtors. He was named the Scottsdale Realtor of the Year and has served on the Professional Standards and Grievance Committees for the last twelve years. Fewer than one-tenth of one percent of the Realtors in the United States hold the educational degrees, professional designations and experience that are held by the MacIntyres.

Arizona Best Real Estate maintains six strategically-placed sales offices and its corporate headquarters. We consistently rank in the Top 1% of the largest real estate companies in the state of Arizona, and in the Nation. Our Scottsdale office serves the Metropolitan areas of northeast Phoenix, Scottsdale, Carefree, Paradise Valley, Biltmore area, Pinnacle Peak and Fountain Hills. Our Phoenix sales office services central and west Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Anthem, Palm Valley, Goodyear, Avondale, Surprise and the Sun Cities. Our southeast office staff and Realtors serve our clients in Ahwatukee, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Apache Junction and Queen Creek. Our central office serves the historic districts of Phoenix.
Our sales staff consists of over 150 full-time agents. Many of our Realtors have their ABR, CRS, GRI and various relocation designations, as well as Local, State and National awards. Each office has a full complement of support staff. Our corporate office is fully staffed with separate divisions for controller, corporate development and relocation functions.
Our Relocation Services/Corporate Division is a multifaceted department dedicated to both individual and corporate relocation needs. Arizona Best Real Estate is a member of ERC (Employee Relocation Council) and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, an International Real Estate Network with more than 650 member firms with 5, 500 offices and 160, 000 sales associates in more than 25 countries. Leading RE brokers produce over $400 billion in annual home sales. Our Director of Relocation Services is Allison Harvey, CRP (Certified Relocation Professional); she has over 10 years of experience in all facets of residential relocation, including large corporate-directed moves. Shanda Carrithers, CRP, also assists in the Relocation Services Division. Through our Relocation Counseling Center, clients are provided a complete overview of the Phoenix Metropolitan area. In addition, our Relocation Division provides bus tours, new home subdivision tours, event planning and overall coordination of a move by an entire corporation or an individual transferee.
Arizona Best offers Buyer-Broker, Rental Assistance and Temporary Housing as part of our Relocation Services. All sales associates assigned are Relocation Specialists whose first obligation is client satisfaction. We are able to accommodate any and all corporate Relocation or third-party properties with our in-house computerized accounting system, specialized vendors, on-time reports and, most importantly, sales associates trained to project a professional image for the Corporate client.
Arizona Best Real Estate is primarily a residential brokerage, concentrating on new and resale properties. Our sales staff markets more than 1, 000 properties each year while producing in excess of 800 transactions. The type of property we represent is quite diverse due to the large market area. We handle property from small condominiums and townhouses up to the luxury home market in excess of $8, 000, 000.
