APARTHOTEL END DIVING CENTER AN ISLAN MURTER
LOCATION: APARTHOTEL/ Diving Center is a 5* diving center, located on the Island in Šibenik area. The island spreads parallel with the coast between the towns of Šibenik and Zadar. The total area of the island is 188 km2, while it's length is 11 km. Road distance from Zadar 65 km and from Split 105 km. Two nearest airports are in Zadar and Split.
Within a reach of half an hour ride with a boat there are the most fascinating diving sites in Europe. The Kornati Islands National Park consisits of 200 islands, reefs, walls and caves. With it's preserved natural underwater scenery it is an Eldorado for divers. This is the densest group of islands in the Adriatic sea and even further.
For families with kids there are numerous sand beaches, also basketball and tennis courts. Within a walking distance from our Center are marinas, shopping opportunities and restaurants. Guests can have long walks and trips to the nearby places and the islands.
The nearest airports are located in Split and Zadar. There are three beatiful marinas on the island, as well as sandy and rocky beaches with cristal clear water.
In the proximity of island we find the Kornati National Park with it's 200 islands as well as numerous islands in Sibenik and Zadar Archipelago.
BUILDING A: Building A, consists of a restaurant, with a kitchen, bar, pizza owen, two large separated dining rooms for guests, toilette for men and women, shower in each toilette, office. In front of the restaurant there is a large covered terracce. Object is located on the beach, accesible by road, parking places in front and behind.
On the first floor there are five apartments, two 2-person and three 4-person apartments, a lobby, place for service and laundry. All apartments have own terracce, two of them with a sea-view. Apartments are new, air conditioned, wit a SAT TV. On the second floor there is a presidential suite with two terraces (one of them with a sea view), total area 250 m2. The staircase is located on the right side of the object and not included in the area measurement.

BUILDING B: In the object B, which is located behind the object A, there is a diving center at the ground floor, compressor room and a room for heating/cooling. There are 6 doublebed rooms at the first floor, which are new, with air conditioning/heating and modern furniture. Each room has a shower/toilette. Stairs are outside the building.
BUILDING C: In the object C, which is located next to the object A, first row to the sea, there is a 4-person apartment at the ground floor and two 2-person apartments at the first floor.
