This house is in Stoliv a beautiful old stone village on the southern shore of the Boka Kotorska. History has it that each bridegroom had to plant 100 olive trees before he could take his bride. This house, on the waterfront, is 43m2 and is built on two levels. When one approaches from the road, by the way it has one of those rare things – a garage – one goes up a few steps to a terrace of 15m2, then up a few more steps to the terrace in front of the house which is 24m2. So there is plenty of space for outside living in the summer in front of the house to take advantage of the wonderful views. The front terraces are all a bit concrete at the moment but it just needs a bit of imagination and colour to really make a fabulous outside area.
The house is built in a cascade fashion, meaning that the upstairs is set back from the ground floor. The downstairs has a kitchen and living room. The kitchen could do with a bit of updating to bring it up to Western European standards
