New modern family house, Budva
The new family house is located in a quiet and attractive part of Budva, only 400 meters from the sea and the beach. The net area of the building is 204 m², and it is located on a landscaped plot of 310 m², with space for 3–4 parking spaces.
The house is organized into two completely separate apartments. The ground floor is a 55 m² apartment with an additional 12 m² terrace, fully equipped with luxurious furniture and modern appliances.
