SLADJANA: I have a question..I don't understand Russian language..And I am not sure about some posts..For example Saxonia Germany apartment 31m2 10000eura (310e per m2)Thats realy cheap..Because here at Malta property are so expensive. ..Why is in Germany so cheap to buy apartment?Does the bank sell the property or what is about? In Saxonia ( Germany) apartments in generell are cheaper then for examples in Bavaria or in Nordrhein Westfalen.
But even in Saxonia you will find also price per 1 qm like 1.509 € , it depense on the quality of the Real Estate you are Looking for .
So, maybe this Apartment in catasptrophic conditions .
